Working in Bejamas gave me the opportunity to improve the skills necessary to proceed further in my career. The atmosphere of openness and transparency in feedback constantly allows me to develop myself without feeling that I am incapable of improvement. The most exciting thing for me is the possibility to work with a diverse team and a chance to immerse myself in different cultures regardless of distance.

In Bejamas, I get my hands dirty with hot tech to build the web of tomorrow so that we may never lose our way. I get to work with Bejamers (they are cool) who identify with unique company culture and fundamental values. I am in control of my time and so I choose when but also where I am the most productive (be that on the top of the mountain or in my grandpa’s home). I have my focus on frontend development and use the best services and their APIs as we believe that is what makes each product stand out.

I've been working with Bejamas for over 3 years now and in this time I've seen the company grow in ways I never could've imagined. I am grateful for all the opportunities they have given me to grow in my field these years, love the company's transparency and honesty with their employees. The remote architecture is special. Also more especially that I am able to develop a healthy relationships even with people above my position. Nobody behaves like God here, but instead, we treat ourselves equally with the same respect and love.

Bejamas as a company is always on track with new technologies from the Jamstack and front-end technologies. I have had the pleasure to work for them for over 3 years as a front-end developer. I started as a Junior developer and thanks to the "knowledge sharing" approach I managed to carry out the projects on my own and also become a technical leader in a very short period. The multicultural environment in Bejamas brings a lot of positive energy to the team. Everyone in the company is willing to assist in any issues. You can feel the spirit of honest and friendly communication among all the people in the company.

In Bejamas there is a nice working atmosphere in a fantastic team. I can always count on the help of experienced colleagues or consult my ideas with them. I work on demanding projects in which I mostly search for and decide about solutions myself. Thanks to this, I can further develop my skills.
